We’re the Perez family—Kimberly and Jonathan—and Amelia Island is home. After years of vacationing here and falling in love with the island lifestyle, we made the move full-time in 2023. We were drawn to the natural beauty, the outdoor way of life, and—most of all—the strong sense of community.
Our story began in Atlanta, where we became partners in life (and business) in 2003. Jonathan was already building a career in HVAC and discovered a genuine passion for helping people feel comfortable in their homes. Kimberly brought a background in business management, and together we realized we had the perfect combination of skills to run a company with integrity and exceptional customer care.
In 2004, we took the leap and launched our first HVAC business in metro-Atlanta. Over the next 22 years, we built a highly rated, successful company by doing things the right way—showing up, keeping our word, and treating customers like neighbors. That same commitment is exactly what we brought with us when we relocated to Amelia Island.
We named our company Amelia’s Best Comfort Solutions for two reasons: because we love our new home, and because we truly strive to be the BEST in our industry—the best service, the best workmanship, the best communication, and the best experience from start to finish.
Today, we’re proud to serve Amelia Island and the surrounding communities. For our family, comfort is personal—and so is community. We’re honored to be here, and we’re here to stay.
